Most of you are familiar with Buko Pie, right? Especially the peeps who reside in the province of Laguna, the students studying in UP or those who always travel in Tagaytay. People often see the famous Original Buko Pie, Collette's Buko Pie, Letty's Buko Pie - to name a few. But these stores don't just sell buko pies, they also sell different kinds like apple pie, pineapple pie, cassava cake and other pasalubong.
When I was still studying my Master's Degree at University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), I always make sure to drop by at Sheila's Buko Pie. Oh wait? Sheila's? Do you think that the Original Buko pie only sells the best buko pie in town? If yes, you're probably mistaken! Hehe... It's time to try Sheila's special buko pie and my ultimate favorite - their ube macapuno pie!

I didn't plan to blog this so I just took photos via Instagram. But this ube macapuno pie is just sooo good I can't help but share.
Sheila's ube macapuno pie is packed with ube and macapuno (hindi tinipid sa ingredients) but NOT too sweet. The taste is just right. That's why I'm raving over it. Kaka-miss tuloy!
Sheila's Buko Pie is located at Bgy. Maahas, Los Baños Laguna. It's near UPOU. From Metro Manila, you will see first UPOU then after few kilometers, you will see Sheila's Buko Pie at the left side of the national road.
