Buttered Marble Potatoes

Marble potatoes are usually cooked by boiling. Then, these boiled potatoes are drained and added with butter. But, this time I fried the potatoes 'cause I wanted the slight "burnt" taste and aroma that frying brings. It somewhat gives additional flavor to the dish. I loved the result. I could really eat everything!
