I need more power and strength and stamina on my muscles!

When it comes to my fitness wishlist, nothing beats the treadmill on my list. I can workout on my pajamas at anytime in the comfort of my home!  No need to buy pampormang outfits. I can just focus on the exercise itself!

Yes, I have been wanting to buy a treadmill since I was pregnant for Sam. Pregnant women need some sort of mild exercise and walking is the easiest. Now, Sam is 2 1/2 years old but still I haven't bought one. 

Lately, I've been riding on emotional roller coaster and this uninvited big D is visiting me again. I really need some dose of happy hormones. But, I feel shy to WALK alone just anywhere. I'm a homebody person. And there's nobody who can join me. My sleeping pattern is also a havoc. Oftentimes, I rise up just the time before lunch. Afternoons to evenings are my working momentum. So I guess, based on my schedule and "personality" reasons, treadmill is really the answer.

Since I'm not confident to buy a treadmill 'cause I don't have any idea on what to look for - the specifications, the brand that I should get, other things to consider etc, I checked out the sport's house nearby to look for a stationary bike instead. But you know what? I didn't look for the bike! My eyes were glued to the elliptical machine and treadmills displayed! That tiny sports house inside the Sun Starmall has the most affordable treadmills ever, ranging from P23,000 to P27,000 depending on the horsepower and weight capacity.

The two images above are actually elliptical machine. It's P10,500 bucks. If I want a cheaper option, I'll go for it.

I also checked Toby's Sports House at SM. They are on sale until the end of February. Every treadmill is 50% off the original price. I've been eyeing the two automatic treadmills with incline. The brands are Timesports and Gallop, and the price are more or less P50,000. *Gulp* It's so hard to decide. Gonna consult Jodel first.
