Aren’t your eyes tired yet from looking at different "pinkly" pink things? Pleae don’t be! If in the last post, I've posted a lot of pink “wearables”, now it's turn to show you some pink “livables”. Hehe…
(For those who have just tuned in, I’m devoting my posts with “pink” things this month of October to promote Breast Cancer Awareness.)
Pink for an accent wall. Simple, clean, cute.
Deep/Bright pink arm chairs. Any shade of pink can never go wrong with black and white. Look how the animal print blends well with the color of the chair.
Arm chairs in pink, printed fabric. Can I bring you home?
Pink door. If I'm gonna ask my husband who's living in this house, he'd probably say that not a single man resides in this pink-door-ed but cute, charming house. And look at those lovely flowers lined up to welcome you as you enter this house! I’m wondering if they are real, though.
Kris Aquino would be more than happy to cook in this kitchen! Agree? *grin*
Pink on pink with pink + pink = monochromatic color scheme. Hehe... Do you love this style? I appreciate the design, but not in my room nor in my future baby girl's room. Good thing this space is injected with some pieces of olive green.
Great idea for shelves backing. But now, I'm distracted by the flower vase at the center of the table. This is called, "Hey-I'm-watching-over-you-wherever-you-go-so-don't-dare" vase. Paranoiding.
This is a perfect example where a man and pink can coexist! I love how the pink chandelier makes a “bold” statement yet “softens” the masculinity of the living room at the same time. "Hubby, can I buy one?"
Pink curtains. This one is easy. You hang your sweet pink curtains there, and just replace it anytime you want a different color. No mess.
Pink wallpaper. I love the classic damask print. This baby room will grow with the girl. There’s no need for "major update” once she grows up.
Use pink in combination with turquoise! These two colors are vibrant on their very own, but when paired together, these two hues are a match made in heaven! I suddenly remember our wedding. Yep, that’s our motif! *wink*
Just a simple addition of pink flowers has a great impact in the room; even if you remove the pink pillow cases.
Deep blue + (what pink is this?) Purplish pink(?) means "courage". Tricky combinations huh! But very well executed. The console table and chairs equally stand out. "Good job" to the designer!
Soooo Kim Chiu... Very feminine. Pretty.
All I want for Christmas is a pink Christmas tree. No more. No less. Lol
This one, for me, is genius! Who would think that this light-blue-walls-for-boys-only space can be transformed to mademoiselle’s haven? The mirrored vanity, the flowers, and most of all, the decorative chair in magenta upholstery do the trick! Sosyal!
How about you? Where would you put some pink in your home?
