Attended a children's party! Yay!

Remember Sam's new happy place? The staff there invited us to some kind of children's party. I have no idea what it is but still, we joined!

Some of the toys from the play area were brought in to the party room. So while waiting for the other children to arrive, the kids could play. The kids were also asked to wear a prince or princess crown while their individual photos were being taken.

At the start of the party, we formed a circle. Then, we were asked to introduce ourselves - what country we came from, when did we arrive in Japan. Most were Japanese, there were also Chinese and Brazilians; two moms were Filipinos including me. All moms spoke in Japanese! Well, except me.

Then, we, I mean, they (haha!) began to sing a Japanese children's song that's like "Sasara ang bulaklak, bubuka ang bulaklak". I knew because of the dance choreo.

Putok ang ulo ko. Everybody's being cooperative, except for Sam! I was forever chasing him in the room while the other goers were singing and dancing. He kept on coming back to the toys and kept on yelling NO.

After singing and dancing was the CRAFTING time. Materials for scrapbooking - buttons, fabrics, color pens, scissors, twigs, colorful papers, laces and card boards were already prepared at the top of the table. Mommy and the little one would do the design.

After the crafting session, they brought in the basketball and bowling. 

This lolo? He's actually teaching Nihongo. When he knew that I couldn't speak Nihongo, he told me that there are Nihongo courses being offered and held in the same building three to four times a week. He even toured me to one of the rooms where there's a training currently being conducted.

Soon enough after a little time of playing, we formed a circle to sing and dance again. Then, it's a little snack time! The kiddie treats contain chocolates, candies, cookies and juices! He's not allowed to eat a lot of chocolates kaya jackpot kamo si Sam! Mommy hid the candies. *Wink*

Meron pang take home! Yun lang, Daddy at Mommy ang kumain. Haha!
