You and your family and friends are invited to “Real Living SPACE”

I love Real Living magazine. I have a lot of copies which I started collecting two years ago, back when we were still planning to build our home. My husband was a bit shocked when he saw my magazine pile. I even have copies on my Zinio account. And I always have to restrain myself from buying some more issues. Real Living magazine really inspires me to have a beautiful home.

So imagine how thrilled I am when they invited me to a tea party! In this tea party, Real Living Associate Publisher Tom Castaneda and Editor In Chief Rachelle Medina will discuss in depth the concept of "Real Living Space" event, plus a walk through to the three spaces that their interior designers have created, and some special DIY workshops on how to decorate or improve home designs.

Oh, I really love to go! And I have been dreaming of attending crafting and DIY workshops!

Unfortunately, when I received the invitation, I was about to fly to Japan. Sigh... Maybe, next time.

So anyway, here's the sneek peek of the spaces designed by notable interior designers:

Really beautiful, beautiful spaces... Sigh... If only I could visit the showrooms...

Anyhow, here's their official press release:
Get inspired with the “Real Living SPACE”

Following its celebrated new and improved redesign, Real Living brings another dash of inspiration in creating beautiful and practical homes through its ultimate shopping and design showhouse, the “Real Living Space”. Set at the cosmopolitan backdrop of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig and presented by Robinsons Residences and HardieFlex by JamesHardie, the “Real Living Space” showcases the impressive work of eight designers who will style four spaces of The Trion Towers. To give consumers an opportunity to draw inspiration and shop for their own homes, The Real Living Space will be open to the public from September 14 to 15.

“Real Living Space” is also sponsored by Uratex, Matimco (Matwood), Ideal Home, Calligaris, ADA Nature Aquariums, Rustan’s Home, and ID Living.

Interior designers Wilmer Lopez, Wilan Dayrit, Kristine Neri-Magturo, Rossy Yabut-Rojales, Elle Uy, Van Acuña, Pamela Tan, and Catherine Cena will work their magic in the various rooms that make up the four spaces with one goal in mind: to create a cohesive real living space that will inspire the weekend’s design-savvy event attendees. Guests will even have an opportunity to purchase many of the featured products at exclusive discounts from our participating vendors.

These products will come from esteemed furniture and home accessories providers, including ARQ Curtains, DecoLiving Rugs, Dimensione, DuoDeco, Heima, Home Matters, L’Indochine, Mobler, Sifra Interiors & Objects, Space Encounters, and Urban Abode.

At the same venue, there will be a mini trade show area featuring home improvement products from Hardieflex, Matimco, and Ideal Home, as well as a mini-bookstore where visitors can buy Real Living magazines, special issues, and books.

“At the Real Living Space, you’ll get to see in person everything that’s special about Real Living magazine—beautiful, practical spaces with different design styles, all the home products you’ll need, from curtains and furniture to flooring, DIY and crafting workshops, plus a chance to meet industry experts and your favorite RL editors,” says Real Living Editor In Chief Rachelle Medina.

Real Living Associate Publisher Tom Castañeda shares about the concept of the event. “Every month, Real Living’s design-savvy readers turn to the magazine for creative home design ideas and expert advice on how to create their own dream homes. The Real Living Space will give readers the opportunity to experience the magazine firsthand. Instead of flipping through the pages of Real Living, they’ll be able to walk through four picture perfect spaces and see how our team of noted designers has created awe-inspiring spaces that they can use as inspiration for their own homes. Best of all, they’ll be able to shop the products featured in those spaces for less, thanks to the exclusive discounts offered by our sponsors and partners.”

Visitors will also have access to free home-related projects, crafting, and DIY workshops at the event venue. Real Living will also launch at the event its new book, REAL HOME IDEAS 7: SMALL SPACE SOLUTIONS 2, which offers expert advice and insight on how to style even the smallest of spaces.

Okay, again, the dates are September 14 and 15 - that's tomorrow na and on Sunday! Go, go, go! And spread the word!
