For the longest time, color yellow did not look appealing to me. It's never been my favorite, not even a choice, neither for clothing, accessories nor home decor. But, I know lots of people who love it. I have seen a lot of interiors painted with yellow. At the back of my mind, it's always been "why"? Why do you like yellow? What's with yellow? Why is your entire living room or your whole house painted with yellow? Surely, they are seeing something good that I am not even noticing.

Do you know what makes this combination look good? Imagine that you're sad and someone makes you laugh! That person just brightens up your day! That's the effect of yellow with grey! Grey can be quite depressing, lifeless and cold. Yellow just raises the spirit, bringing energy and vitality into a space! The sun rays that shoot across the gloomy sky! Enough of the metaphors! Hahaha!
